What is the best way to get referrals? Victoria Korotkevits started VCare Organic Cleaning in 2007. It was up and down journey, with her being busy, happy and sometimes being frustrated. She even thought about closing up shop. Currently, she has 11 employees and has finally gotten to the stage where she doesn’t clean herself. V Care has two training managers, so she concentrate more on book keeping, customer service and marketing.
