He shares his journey and experiences running a family-run business and some of the challenges they faced such as managing payroll, dealing with family dynamics, and finding a solution to the issues that kept them up at night. They joined GMCC to help with these challenges and learned that they were not alone in their struggles. The turning point for them was realizing that others had been through similar experiences and were able to successfully grow their businesses. This gave them hope and motivated them to be consistent and do what they said they would do, with the goal of having their business serve them, rather than being a slave to it.
